"get used to it" ....that's it, ignore it and that makes it better!!

God people are not worth squat anymore!!

How much money does this Fissure armour cost for a set??? I'm curious because from what I've seen post ascension, there are no higher AL sets at the moment (if ever) so WTF are you planning to do with all that farm-cash.

LOL - I'm starting a thread called FARM-AIDE, everyone kick in 10gold to the whiners fund!!!

*wah* I can't farm. Poor me.

In all honesty I've never really understood farming. I mean, yeah, it's great to have loads of cash onhand and unlock things, but the closest I've gotten was going back to Piken to kill Charr's for their hides I find loads of blue items (well, not loads, but a good number every outing) and a purple or gold almost every other time I head out. Not bad rates I'd say. And I haven't even thought about PvP, HoH or GvG yet

sorry to hear that its ruined your gaming experiance, but this is really OLD news. It seems every other person is upset about this in some way, to all of you I can only say this:

The games still new, if your tired of it, take a little time out from the game. Come back in a while and see whats happend, as often as changes are being churned out, if your unhappy with things now, perhapes you wont be later. Remember this is just the beginning of things, the first expansion hasnt even been named yet much less released, theres MUCH more to come.

Theres nothing wrong with takeing a break if your tired of it. If your not comming back, oh well. Your loss, but whining about a change thats been made and discussed (and flammed) to death isnt going to change anything. If you have suggestions of your own you can of course post those, and maybe they'll get some attention just as some of the recent changes to the game have.

But threads like these are already getting old.

I had no more inventory space, so I sold 5 major runes for 25 or 26 gold each. Oh yeah.

What exactly is there to buy? I've only just reached the Ring of Fire at about lvl23 or so, and I already have the best armor and focus in the game for my class (Monk). The only thing left is Sup DF and Vig runes and a good weapon. I don't understand how a smaller income completely ruined the game for you.

I can still farm if I want. Granted it's not as optimal as the 20k/hour I was getting previously as now Jades/Flesh Golems/Riverside Mantle are impossible to solo but there are still numerous other places where you can solo and get decent gold rewards (runes though, bleh).

Then again, anet is shifting it's focus entirely and it's not like farming is fun or involving/interesting

I've finished the game 2x, half way through again, hmm what do I do when I have finished current storyline, farm? No, I actually explore try and open up the entire map, find new skills, help out friends...
The Rune traders work the same way as the dye traders, depending on rune you get varying amounts of gold.
They have nerfed farming, and actually made loot easier to get for all levels rather than just ascended character farming, you can find majors and yellow items in ascalon. They have added tweaks to make farming harder but what tweaks are exactly I do not know, but to be honest if running through 1 area repeatedly is your idea of "fun" power to you, to me it is boring and a waste of good gaming time. You could A, be exploring, helping others or B, be playing another game.
One of the things with GW is you can actually leave game for a few days, take a break and come back and others won't be more powerful than you if you have ascended, they may have prettier armour, but more powerful, unlikely, more skilled possible, thats if they have actually spent time in PvP, other wise if they have been farming, they may be good at area x.

You sold to the wrong guy, I was selling minors to rune traders for 200-600 gp yesterday and they haven't altered the game since then.
If the Rune Trader has loads of them then you get a poor price, try a different trader, or a different district.

Now they nerfed farming, but they didn't increased the drop rates of gold item in the maps, so HOW CAN I UNLOCK SUPERIOR RUNES FOR PVP ???

I've done iron mines of moladune, and the other the other coop after moladune, with my second character, and i dropped NOTHING !!!!!!!

I can understand that PVE is based on rare gold item, but if this gold rare item are wands/swords/other weapons is ok, but if u say that rare item should be gold runes too i totally disagree, coz superior rune are needed for pvp and i don't want to lose coz i have a worst character only because of unluck on dropping shitty rune.

Anet nerfed farming? It's ok for me, but now i want a really improve on coop's dropped item, this means that in a high lvl coop a group should find 1-2 gold armor with superior rune for each person, and at least 4-5 gold item for a group, so i can play with a new character unlocking all rune that i need and some good upgrade item for pvp.

(sry my poor english)

I dont think areanet udnerstands that people farm because they dont wanna waste 30minutes tryng to get small amounts of gold. Instead of nerfing farming spots why they they try increasing the amount of gold dropped from the monsters.

After this update i have almost stopped playing. I have completed whole game and farming was only way left to get money but now i cant do that so what is left for me to do.....

Find a new game!!!!!!
Dont let the door hit ya in the genitals on your way out.

Riddle me this though: if your quitting, why would you even bother to post a flame in the GW forums? Is it that you are trying to quit, and just cant work up the willpower? Do you need a support group, or medication? Let us know how we can help.

I don't like most of the updates :/ ( except the bugfixes offcourse )

First they put the expert salvage kit available from the beginning,
then they put more bosses or adjusted their locations so they are more easily accesible for skill capturing,
and now they made skill capturing a walk in the park

Also what's with the 4000 xp now with Galrath's quest ?
It's a hard quest, but not that hard :| It is a rather long walk, and it takes you through the swamps, but with a nice team or even henchies it's very do-able .. Only in the fields past the swamp there are a lot of enemies packed together, but with smart thinking you can make it ..

Haha, man my character couldn't farm well at all BEFORE the update. The update had nothing to do with it. Besides, how in the HELL did they nerf your farming? If you want to farm THAT badly, why not just go create a E/Mo and farm jade scarabs outside Amnoon Oasis all day?

Either that, or for the love of God go play Counter-Strike and allow my eyes to heal from this beating of "I like to bitch" threads they've run across today.

Cheers.
